Orders placed before 12 PM EST are processed and shipped out on the same day (Monday through Friday). All orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed and shipped on the next business day (Monday through Friday.)

If your order does not arrive in a timely manner or is held up in the carrier's possession, please email contact@nutattoobalm.com with your order number.
